PRIVATE ITEMS IN AD PIM

We're looking to import ORS Nasco products into the AD PIM. With the constant changes they make to part numbers, such as changing a prefix or adding/removing from their catalog, we aren't sure what the best route to manage the content is. 

Create a workbook and refresh the ORS items with every update? Isolate the delta items and just refresh those? 

Wondering if anyone has any best practices in place currently.

Are you wanting ORS Nasco Part numbers on say a 3M item?  Or are their items within the ORS catalog that are not currently within the Industrial products?
