You can choose to install a MVC demo site in one of the last dialogs when setting up a new site with the latest version of deploymentcenter.

Nothing that is released publicly from EPiServer. The Commerce team has upgraded their sample package for Web Forms but this has not been released yet and the CMS package has not been upgraded yet.
