Possibility to change New Page Editor

Hi All,

I'm looking for a way to change the UI of the create new page editor.
What I want to do is group the fields into sections just like you edit the page. Except that it will be wrapped in fieldset or similar.

Is there a way of doing this, e.g. override views, coding interfaces?
