Overriding episerver dojo files

Hi All,

Episerver offer the package Episerver.Cms.Ui which contains all the dojo files for the Episerver UI.

For our project requirements, I need to override some of these files to allow editors to enter workflow comments on save/submit to workflow and a few other tasks.

If I edit the files, what is the best way to re-compress them and structure them in the project to allow the overriden files to be merge into future upgrades?

At the moment, it is included in the project as a package (.zip). Can/How can I place these into a project uncompressed

Appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks,

Paul

Sorry the package I'm referring to is: Episerver.Cms.Ui.Sources  https://nuget.episerver.com/en/OtherPages/Package/?packageId=EPiServer.CMS.UI.SOURCES

I would not do that, it will get you in big trouble on every update (once a week....)

It is better that you do a exend by code, it is pretty simple, look in my blog post on how I extend/override xhtmleditor
