404 when switching language in the Sites menu while editing from a wildcard domain

Hi I think I have found a minor bug in the way the Sites menu switches language

I have a site where I have a default hostname defined and a * wildcard in the Site Definition

when I am in the administration from one of the wildcard domains and switch language through the sites menu i get a 404 error because the hostname couldn't be found for the selected language

so I end up on a url like /admin/ui/CMS/?language=sv-SE

where it should have been /admin/ui/CMS/?language=sv-SE#context=epi.cms.contentdata:///5

Could the language switching be changed to also look for the wildcard domain if it doesn't find the current hostname?
