Blocks and Media gadget moved to other side

For one of our editors the blocks and media gadgets have moved to the left side (see picture) and I am not able to move it back in any way.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Tell the editor to reset the views. Go to My Settings -> Display Options -> reset views

One question, how did the editor do to move those gadgets, I have not been able to reproduce it?
