I recently upgraded from 8.2.0 to 9.4.0, first i got an exception asking to removing (EPiServer.Base, EPiServer.Implementation...) so that intialization can kickoff

after doing so i got stuck at this one

[FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'EPiServer.BaseLibrary, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=8fe83dea738b45b7' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.]
   EPiServer.Framework.Initialization.InitializationModule.Initialize(HostType hostType) +1452
   EPiServer.Framework.Initialization.InitializationModule.FrameworkInitialization(HostType hostType) +103

below is a relevant list of NuGet packages installed, any help is highly appretiated

Hi,

Try tu use Fuslogvw to check which library depends on EPiServer.BaseLibrary.

It's Mogul.SeoManager, installed as an EPiServer add on from Add on manager, the backend is not accessible, can i remove an add on manually by deleting it's files?

I you have old version of your code (means with EPiServer version 8), then uninstall SEO module and then upgrade to EPiServer to version 9. I also think that SeoManager should be available for EPiServer version 9.
