Disable addon install in UI

Hi

At the EPiServer Awards 2014, "Techmeeting" EPiServer mentioned a switch to apply in web.config to disable users to install addons in edit/admin-mode. (This to only allow this to be done in Visual Studio)

Which web.config switch do I have to set to accomplish this? I can't find it over here http://world.episerver.com/documentation/Items/Developers-Guide/EPiServer-CMS/75/Configuration/Configuring-episerver/
