Hi,
unfortunatelly it doesn't help, looking throuch code there is this piece responsible:

viewEngineWrapper.FindPartialView((ControllerContext) htmlHelper.ViewContext, fragment.GetType().Name);

Here viewEngineWraper is of type CachingViewEnginesWrapper and result resolves to UtilViewEngine, which uses internal EPiserver view.
