Does anybody know how to download Deployment Center?

It's a prerequisit for ImageVault plugin http://imagevault.se/en/documentation/api-documentation/?page=installation/installation-prerequisites.html

I have EPiServer CMS 8.

However, I was able to find on EPiServer world the information that it was used before version 7.5 and no one link how to download it.

Install by running setup.exe.
