Block folder language settings

How do you configure the language settings for a block folder in Episerver? I want to set this ones so that all blocks in that folder inherit those settings.

I was able to do this by manually going here: /Episerver/CMS/Edit/LanguageSettings.aspx?id=your-id. But would be nice to have this option shown to editors since this is a very common requirement.
