We are experiencing the same issues.
Using the solution here: https://world.episerver.com/Modules/Forum/Pages/Thread.aspx?id=61235&pageIndex=1#62196 did not resolve the issue since we are using episerver 10 and the automaticSiteMapping seems to have been removed.

Hi all,
We are facing issue with getting TCP event commuication. It works good but when we do deployment on web-site it only last for 20-30 sec, but this amount is enough for it to be an issue on PROD. Below is the error which is occurring :
Did anyone face this issue and do we have any solution for this ?
