Questions related to EPiServer certification registration form.

Hello,

I was planning for EPiServer developer cerfication and was trying to book a slot of 14th december. When I went through the registration form, I found couple of fields on which I need some information about what exactly needs to be filled.

For example if I am not associated with any company that what information need to be filled in the below fields, becuase these fields are compulsory

  1. Company Tax ID/VAT No
  2. Purchase order/Invoice Reference

Would be great to hear a reply soon.
