CMS 10.5 Admin mode url is wrong

Hi, I upgrade CMS from 9.12 to 10.5, and admin mode url becomes wrong, it should be sec/UI/CMS/Admin/Default.aspx since I have following setting
But now if I click "admin" menu in edit mode, the url becomes "/UI/Admin", seems it doesn't get value from uiUrl in config. In CMS 9.12, the admin mode url is correct.
Is there sombody who has upgraded cms to 10.5 and can give some advice? Any help is appreciated.
