EpiServer CMS: Import Data receiving error "The specified URL cannot be found."

While performing an Import Data task in the EpiServer CMS Admin utility importing the ExportedFile.episerverdata we receive the message in the right pane: "The specified URL cannot be found."  

Is this related to the Indexing Service?  Other than this the website works fine.  Performing the same task in a different environment works without any issues.
