What Visitor Groups user belongs to ?

Is their an easy way to indentify which visitor groups a user visiting a page is part of via code ? 

Currently I am getting a complete list of Visitor Groups, itterating through this list to see if user is principal in group. This does not seem the most efficent way of doing this.
