Connect for Campaign, Error when trying to submit a form "Failed to submit. Email is required"

Hi, 
I've got a problem when trying to submit a form with connect for campaign form.
I've made needed mapping on the form and on the field as well, but I'm getting the error attached below.

Does anyone had this kind of issue ?

Which version of Forms and Campaign connector are you using? I guess you are making a mapping to wrong "Email" field. Could you please check if there is any email listing on the dropdown?

I mean, there should be another "Email" field. Please check and make a mapping to that field instead of your "Email Address"
