Anyone know if it's possible to hide the language code for meta fields in catalog manager?

For every customized field it displays (en-US) after each friendly name.. it really hogs and mess up the user experience.

For standard fields (status, name) it does not show any language code.

We run a single language site ..

Also, is it possible to change the texts of boolean meta field values?  Today it shows True/False for these fields.

I would like to customize the friendly name for a specific fields values. (for standard field Available, it shows Yes/No?)

It's the little things, but it makes difference for the administrators ;)
