Populate the "Visible To" value for Entry by API Call

In the on page editing view, There is a property called "Visible To" for each entry in the EPI Server Commerce Manager portal. Can we use an API call to populate the value in the "Visible To". 

E.g. this entry is only visible to specific visitor group, How can we achieve this?

Hi,

Currently we don't support role and permission on catalog contents, therefore the "visible to" settings will be unavailable for catalog contents, both from UI and from API.

We have plan to support this in the future.
