Cannot replace uploaded media

Hi,

We have a CMS + Commerce 9 solution. When in the commerce catalog we are trying to replace a .pdf-file in the file manager. The dialog "Replace file" shows up as it should but when I click upload i get status "Failed". Nothing is showing in the logs about the failure so I have no clue why it fails.

Any ideas??

Hi Magnus,
Is the pdf a large file? It could be that you need to update the web.config to allow for larger file sizes. See this thread for the details: http://world.episerver.com/forum/developer-forum/Developer-to-developer/Thread-Container/2016/3/upload-file-limit-in-episerver/

Hope this helps!

Hi

When you hover the mouse over the Failed error message, you will be able to see the detail of the error in a pop up. What is in there?

Another way is I'm using is Chrome Developer Console and the error message in there usually tells you what is wrong.
