Unable to see Contacts and Organisations in Commerce Manager

Currently using the following versions:

  • EPiServer.CMS.Core: 11.20.5
  • EPiServer.Commerce.Core: 13.30.0

We are using asp.net identity for authentication & roles.

When I log in and try to see the contacts or organisations I get the following errors:

We were able to set custom properties for contacts, orders, etc. but somehow we cannot access that part of the website.

Any tips ?

Can you install a new Commerce Manager site (of same version), then update the connection strings to your existing ones, to see if it works?
