File or assembly name System was not found.

One page template does not seem to be included in my project assembly/DLL. The page template is included in my VS project, but upon retrieving the page in a web browser, I get the following: Exception Details: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: File or assembly name System, or one of its dependencies, was not found. Any clues?
