Cannot enabled Indexing Service after upgrade to 4.50

I have upgraded a site from 4.40 to 4.50. Completely without problems. 2 mins work. But now, when I use EPiServer manager to manage my sites, I try to enable the Indexing Service. I get the message: "The site has no versioned file system..." What should I do?
