Code examples and development training papers

Does anyone know where I can find information on how to program EPiServer.net? I tried going here: http://www.episerver.com/en/EPiServer_Knowledge_Center/Library/Training_Material/ But that only teaches you how to use EPi admin and edit mode, not how to program. I need code examples - and not just the most basic ones. And if there is some eplanatory text with it, great!

Within the Software Development Kit is a section called Developing with EPiServer that could give you some initial insight. You can download the SDK from http://www.episerver.com/downloads/Documents/SDK/SDKEPiServer460.zip There are also a series of developer courses to attend. A list of available courses in Oslo can be found at http://www.episerver.se/templates/PageWithRightListing.aspx?id=258&epslanguage=NO
