Remove options in right click menu

Hi, 

I would like to remove some options from the right click menu in view mode. For example, I would like to remove the first three options that relate to the dope (on page editing) mode, since we don't use it. 

In what file/files do I edit the right click menu for the view mode? 

The site is EPiServer CMS 5, SP3.
