Pages with Same Title

Hi all,

 Can u you please tell me how to restrict  the  pages with same title .

Actually my problem is I created the a Discussion Forum using DemoTemplets of the Episerver .But here  My forum Names Getting Duplicated  with the same name i am able to create the Two forums .So that Can  you please explain me how to control  this problem.
