Disable Xform toolbar

I'm looking at the example blog template. I would like to disable a couple of the toolbar buttons for the editor that is displayed when posting comments.

 I guess that the editor orignates from the Xform "BlogcommentForm". I can't find anything about this in the xform editor so I guess it has to be done in code.

Have somebody done anything like this?
