Microsoft Indexing Service - Problems with SearchDataSource

Hello,
Im having a problem with no search results returned when using VirtualPathNativeProvider. This is the configuration in web.config:

virtualName="Pdf Files"
virtualPath="~/PdfFiles/"
bypassAccessCheck="false"
indexingServiceCatalog="TestCatalog"
physicalPath="C:\EPiServer\VPP\Test\PdfFiles"
name="SitePdfFiles"
type="EPiServer.Web.Hosting.VirtualPathNativeProvider,EPiServer"/>
In the SearchDataSource i use "SearchFiles" and SearchLocation="~/PdfFiles/".
But no results. I can however query and retrieve results in "Query the catalog" inside the Indexing Service tool.
Any help would be appreciated
