Hi and Merry Christmas to you all!

I have a CMS 5 sp2 site load balanced on 4 win 2008 servers. Now I need to make up a plan for a smaller load/performance test scenario. I have never mention the word “performance counters” in my CV :), so any recommendations which counter, besides EPi´s, to look for, tools, pitfalls, best practice etc are really helpful.
