Please help me to setup a blog in Episerver CMS 5. Kindly provide me with step by step process to setup a blog. I am very much new in EpiServer cms 5.

For CMS 5 and 6 blog is a part of the demo templates and  will give you a nice introduction. The blog template looks like the one they use on http://labs.episerver.com. Go to Download and find the the Demo Templates for our CMS 5 version.
