Training path for new developers

Hi,

We will shorly begin migrating our CMS to EPiSERVER 6, having used a different CMS for a number of years. This is based on ASP 3.0.

We will be using a partner to do the migration work but want to make sure we've got the right skills in-house moving forward.

As well, as the EPiSERVER specific training courses, what would you recommend (course, books etc) as good sources to make sure we develop the right skills?
