En kunde har et krav om at man må bruke brukernavn og passord på drees SMTP server. Hvordan spesifiserer man det i web.config ?

Detta finns idag inte (EPiServer 4.22). Dock har jag lagt in detta på önskelistan. Det kommer dock nog inte hinna komma med i EPiServer 4.30.

It seems that this was just implemented last week and will be part of the 4.51 release:
Issue #13776 - Add support for SMTP Authentication using server, port, user and password. Fixed.
