Corrupt links in the editor

Two clients running EPiServer 4.51 have encountered a strange problem with links in the editor. They have ended up with links looking like this: Neither of them have been able to explain how this has occured, however they have not been messing about with the HTML code. It's an annoying problem because with this code in the editor, the page can't be saved and the following error message is displayed in EPiServer: This is an unexpected token. The expected token is 'NAME'. Line 1, position 1783. Is there a bug that causes this behavior and is it fixed in 4.60?

I have checked with our support team, but it doesn't seem to be a known bug. Is the problem still occuring? If it is, please send in a support case describing how to reproduce the error. Best regards, Sarah Larsson
