Visual Studio 2005 problem

Hello everyone. I'm having a bit of an issue with both Visual Studio 2005 and Visual Studio Web Developer Express. I can't see the codebehind-files in templates. The .ascx /aspx also complains that it can't locate the .cs-file either. When I use a FTP-client, like Total Commander, I can see the .cs-files. The only .cs-file I can see is the default.aspx.cs in the root. Been trying to use Google to locate the problem, but with no luck. I'm connecting thru the FTP-function in both Studio 2005 and the Express edition. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
