EPiServer and XHTML

Is it possible to make EPiServer generate XHTML? The editor seems to always convert tags to uppercaser which isn't allowed in XHTML.

Sorry, i had a blackout... just change longstring to xhmltstring as property type.

The editor still is generating tags in Uppercase which is not allowed... any solution?
