Error with "file summary" in 4.51.5.145

EPiServer  V 4.51.5.145

When in action window mode the "create new version" of a document deletes the file summary for that file. Is this a know error in this version of EPiServer? And if so is there a fix for it?

 We need to update all documents with a new logo and its very bad that we have to rewrite the file summary for every file.

Super då vet jag. Det borde inte vara några problem att uppgradera till 4.61 då?
