'System.OutOfMemoryException' when importing content

I get a "Exception: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.[]" when trying to import an EPi4-export to a CMS5 installation. The file is about 180MB. Can anyone give me a hint how to succeed?
