När prenumerationsmejl ska skickas ut går de ibland inte iväg och vi får nedanstående felmeddelande:

Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. [Transaction (Process ID 59) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.]

Någon som har förslag på lösning för att slippa det?
