Gadget with date fields problem

I've created a simple Gadget with 2 date fields, like below. These will render as 'datepicker' in Chrome, but not in IE and Firefox.

I found there's also another Gadget from Episerver that's called "Visitor Group Statistics". This Gadget has already datepickers.

How can I simply use a datepicker in a Gadget wich will be rendered correctly in all browsers?
