Hi,

We are using Ektron-Version:9.10 SP1(Build 9.1.0.184).Earlier we have  faced one issue as Staging to Production syncing was stucked and we realised once user reported that one product is not updated on Production. Is this possible that we can setup esync and will get notification if there is any issue. Below are the points we have:

  • Send an email or otherwise provide a notification when sync starts and/or completes and/or runs into an error state. (A recurring problem with sync is "it started but never finished", so just tracking finishes may not be a complete solution.)
  • After a single-content sync, clear server HTTP cache related to that content. 
  • After a full DB sync, completely clear the server HTTP cache.
