Changing Episerver Shell Resources in XML take only effect after restart
Changing a Tooltip resource like /contenttypes/MyVariationContentBase/properties/BetterDisplayName/help does not take effect in the UI like any other resource, only after restarting the application pool.
Interesting fact is that if I change this resource: /contenttypes/icontentdata/properties/icontent_name/help, the change is immediately visible in the Catalog without restart.
