Creating pages in languages other than English/international ends up in Duplicate blocks/images
Instead of creating a new page from scratch. Just translate it using the Site language switcher.

When we create pages in other languages, we end up with duplicate blocks or resources.
Can someone provide guidance on how to best create pages in other languages? We do use the Language Manager, but how best to create a page in another language without creating duplicate blocks? What are the recommended steps?
