I develop a web shop that has a functional return flow. The shop managers can return an order partially or fully. But they cannot apply discounts after shipping.
Now, the business wants the ability to give write-offs to customers, as an alternative to returning the item. Basically adding a refund payment after shipping.
The return flow is based on the out-of-the-box Customer Service UI. Do we need to create a custom return flow page to accomodate this? Or did you make something similar in a clever way?
