Accessing custom Placeholders in Paragraph element block

Vote:

I'm trying to create a custom Placeholder in my forms. I've followed this example: https://docs.developers.optimizely.com/content-management-system/v1.2.0-forms/docs/placeholder-api and i can access the new placeholder from the placeholder dropdown menu in the email template.

But here's the problem, I also want it to be accessible in the Paragraph element block inside the form. But i cannot see the custom placeholder name in the placeholder dropdown inside the properties for the element block. Is that by design or have i missed something? If it is by design, is there a way around it? :)

The replacementvalue in the custom placeholder is not related to the form fields, but has some external data.

I'm using Episerver 11 and Forms 4.31.0
