I've just made some progress on this.
I've found that if you populate a metafield that was created in Commerce Manager via the Catalog interface, it doesn't work, however if you populate it via the Commerce Manager interface, it works.
I was wrong, it still isn't being indexed. Anyone? I don't want to have to create Extension properties really as that will negate the reason we're using MetaFields in the first place.
Thanks
Hi,
I'm using EPiServer 8.11 along with Find 9.11 and Commerce.
I've created a class based on ProductContent. This will contain a number of fixed properties and then use extra dynamic properties.
In Commerce Admin->MetaFields I've have created a new meta field and ticked "Allow in Search", added some data in the Catalog manager and then cleared and rebuilt the Find index.
The data doesn't appear to be in the index (static fields are in there).
Any ideas of what to do for this?
thanks,
Steve.
