How to export blocks?

Hi.

I´ve created block types, and many entities of that blocktype in one database. 
Now I need to export them to another DB. 

I can find how to export pages, but not blocks. 

Anyone know how ?

The export API supports export of other content than pages however the UI only allows selection of pages. In this post there is a code example on how to export the whole block structure. http://world.episerver.com/Modules/Forum/Pages/Thread.aspx?id=71985&
