Add Image Save Button Missing

Hi All

I have no idea what has changed but the Save Button on the Add Image Window when uploading a file has dissapeared!! Screenshot here:

I have made some modification to the FileSummary.config file to add some additional fields but I did this over a week ago and it has been working fine ever since.

Has anyone seen this before?

Can you check log file and js console for any error messages?

Thank you for your response, that made it really obvious, I had some properties in my FileSummary.config that where commented out, it was still trying to process them somehow, as soon as I removed them it started working again. Not sure why it was working before but nevermind.
