SQl Server timeouts in Migration Tool

Hi,
I'm running a migration on a fairly large (32GB) database.
I'm using the Migration Tool version 1.1.0.38, and am running the Tool against a SQL Server 2008 database on the same machine.
The Tool starts up OK, migrates users/roles/personalization OK, then starts migrating the Object Store. At some point in this process (after 6-7 hours), I get an SQL timeout.
Where in the migration tool can I specify the timeout value?
Also, judging by the rate of progress this step appears as if it's going to take a total of 20+ hours just to process the Object Store - is this normal?
