"Copy to clipboard" rightclick-menu item missing

Is there a setting I can manipulate to change the items in the Edit-Mode rightclick menu?
I'm thinking of the "Copy to clipboard" menu item specifically. I guess this menu item at some point was removed from the rightclick menu in my installation, all though I'm not sure when.
