problem with VirtualPathNativeProvider and MS Indexing Server

Hello,

I'm having a problem VirtualPathNativeProvider and MS Indexing Server -- search doesn't work.

Here is my configuration:

<add showInFileManager="true" virtualName="Global Files" virtualPath="~/Globals/" bypassAccessCheck="false" indexingServiceCatalog="FV" physicalPath="C:\Files\VPP\Globals" name="SiteGlobalFiles" type="EPiServer.Web.Hosting.VirtualPathNativeProvider,EPiServer" />

I have MS Indexing Server configured, there is a FV catalog with proper folder added and indexed. With MS Indexing Server's UI I can find random strings from the files, so I assume that this part works.

In EPiServer, search doesn't work in File Manager, also SearchDataSource control doesn't return any results.

Can someone help me figuring out what is wrong?

Marek

well, all files are indexed, I can find them with MS Indexing Server's UI. On the Indexing Server main page I can see that status of my catalog is 'active'

I have had the very same problem some time ago, so far no luck :( I would very much appreciate hearing what to do and how to make the native VPP  fully functional.
